Fan for Rotor

FAN has the Projections which are to be Welded onto the Rotor plate. This is to be done in one Stroke of Welding to achieve the weld quality. Special Weld Electrodes are developed for such application & are integrated with Projection Welding Machine.

• Machine – KPW – 250 KVA AC
• Projection Welding Machine with Square Ram
• Weld Transformer – 250 KVA Water Cooled
• Controller – Microprocessor Based AC Controller
• Weld Electrode – Sepcially Designed Electrode to suit Projections on FAN.
• Locator for FAN

Optional :

• Digital Pressure Switch, Water Flow Switch, LVDT, Load Cell, PLC & MMI for Programm & Display.
