Kirpekar offers a line of core assembly tables to assist manufacturers with the assembly of stacked transformer cores.  

The core assembly benches allow to assemble main cores for distribution transformer for sheets with holes and not. The core is assembled without the top joke, to allow the insertion of the transformer coils.

The main advantages are: Fast assembly work & Reduced core losses. Our offering of 1.5, 3, and 5 Ton tables are designed to work with core sizes.
